All the products shown on our webshop are available with no delay unless otherwise mentioned.

Delivery

myIDolls post products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on certain public holidays. If you make your purchase before 11 o'clock on a weekday we will post it the same day.

Delivery time within Sweden is usually 1-3 weekdays.
Delivery time outside of Sweden may vary from 5-15 weekdays depending on your location. If you want to find out the exact delivery time to your destination you can do that here.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays. We also reserve for errors beyond our control such as force majeure.

Faulty/Damaged Item

We try to check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receiving), and we will work out the best way to rectify it! Please send a photograph of the damage as soon as possible to:
info@myIDolls.com.

Regarding possible reclamations, myIDolls.shop follows the Swedish law “Konsumentköpslagen” (visit konsumentverket to learn more).

Unclaimed packages

All unclaimed packages will be automatically sent back to us. All fees associated with the return of the unclaimed package will be charged to the customer.

Returns

Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase from myIDolls.shop but we know that sometimes when you buy online you just can’t tell if it’s perfect for you until you see it IRL.. So it’s fine to change your mind! If you want to return your item you have purchased from our online shop we are happy to help you on the way!

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days from the time that the item is registered at our warehouse in Gothenburg. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Fill out and submit this form together with the goods you wish to return. Put everything in the original packaging you got home!
